Hailing from Cincinnati by way of Caracas, Venezuela, and Augusta, Georgia, Danielle has always made music an intricate part of her life no matter where she is living. From David Bowie to The Winans, every genre of music has inspired her musically in some way. Sighting Michael Jackson as her earliest and most eternal inspiration, Danielle began pursuing music at a very young age, participating in various classical, gospel, and show choirs. She has also earned leading roles in various musical theater productions throughout her adolescence and college years.
In addition to joining Afro Blue, Howard University’s premier vocal jazz ensemble as a freshman in college, Danielle began traveling all over the world, singing background for various R&B, Pop, and Gospel recording artists in the music industry. This was all in addition to pursuing a degree in Music Education with a minor in Vocal Performance at Howard University.
Danielle recently moved to Los Angeles, CA, where she is pursuing music, in addition to performing with Traces of Blue.
Danielle loves to laugh and make other people laugh. She also loves reading, dancing, and smiling! She has a BILLION favorite singers and musicians, ranging from Brandy to Michael Mcdonald to Pj Morton to Bjork.
